You can get sea monkeys from any Kmart or Toys'R'US store. They cost about 15 Australian dollars and come come with everything you need to make your own sea monkeys. The instructions in your hanbook that comes with your kit. | When you have hatched your sea monkeys it may take a few minutes to see them (don't worry if you don't see them right away, some sea monkeys take up to a day to hatch)) Baby sea monkeys like to swim together at the bottom of the tank.At first they will only be little red dots swimming at the bottom of the tank, but they will grow. After five days you will notice that the sea monkeys have doubled in size, in another week the sea monkeys will double in size again and a week later they will grow even more, by the end of the 4th week you sea monkeys should be old enough to mate (sea monkeys grow to be about 19mm (for females) and 13mm (for males). You have to feed them once a week (if the water is cloudy than it means that there is too much food in it). You also have to aerate their water at least once a day (you can do that by switching the water back and forth between the aquarium and a jar, or you can blow bubbles into the water with a straw).
